Crop your base, do whatever you want to it, just make sure the colouring is similiar to the one i have, or it may not work.
if your image is darker than mine, use screen layers THEY ARE YOUR FRIEND! :)
Tip:this tut tends to make bright whites cyan, so dont use overly white images.

Add another solid colour fill layer
#594323 set this to exclusion 24%

Step9
add a hue/saturation layer
up the master saturation by 20
